Clown-Gysin Brands has created caramel dip that assures perfect caramel apples every time. The caramel coating remains on the apple up to five days without refrigeration.
Preparation is easy because the caramel only has to be heated to be applied to the apples. Simply, warm the caramel to between 160° - 180°F and dip the apples. Lift the apple out, let excess run off, then set aside to cool.
The caramel can also be applied to other items such as pretzel sticks, marshmallows or fruits, etc. to make fancy dessert items for a sweet table presentation.
